JustPhrases.shop is operated by Laurynas Merkelis, a UK sole trader. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
What we collect
- Order data: Name, email address, delivery address, and order details when you place an order.
- Payment data: Processed by Stripe or PayPal. We do not store card numbers on our servers.
- Website usage: Standard server logs and cookie-based session data (see Cookies below).
How we use it
- To fulfil and deliver your order.
- To communicate with you about your order.
- To meet our legal and tax obligations (HMRC).
Third parties
- Printful: Your name and delivery address are passed to Printful Inc. to print and ship your order. Printful operates as a data processor on our behalf.
- Stripe / PayPal: Payment processors. Subject to their own privacy policies.
- WooCommerce: Our e-commerce platform. Data stored on Hostinger servers in the EU.
Cookies
We use functional cookies required for the shop to work: session cookies, cart cookies, and checkout cookies. No advertising or tracking cookies are set without your consent.
Data retention
Order records are retained for 7 years to comply with UK tax law. You can request deletion of your personal data outside of what we are legally required to keep.
Your rights
