FULFILLMENT

FACT: Items are “Made to Order”. We do not hold physical stock.

Every item is printed only after a successful transaction.

  • Method: Digital Textile Printing (DTG).
  • Timeline: 2–5 business days to produce.
  • Result: A new item is created and packaged for transit.

SHIPPING

FACT: Shipping is a separate phase. Fulfillment time is added to transit time.

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days.
  • Europe: 6–8 business days.
  • USA: 3–4 business days.
  • International: 10–20 business days.
  • Note: A tracking number is provided via email once the carrier receives the item.

RETURNS

FACT: “That’s a problem for tomorrow me” is our approach to resolving errors.

Because items are custom-printed, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.

  • Defects: If an item is damaged or the print is incorrect, we replace it.
  • Lost Transit: If the carrier fails to deliver, we replace it.
  • Window: Report issues within 30 days of receipt.
  • Action: Send a high-resolution photo of the defect to our communication portal. We will authorize a replacement at no cost.

ORIGIN

FACT: Logic dictates efficiency.

Items are fulfilled at the facility closest to your delivery address (UK, EU, or USA) to reduce transit time and environmental impact.
