Products
All products are print-on-demand. Each item is made to order by Printful Inc. and shipped directly to you. This means no warehoused stock, which also means no returns for general change of mind (see Returns below).
Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP (British pounds). Where applicable, prices include VAT.
Production and shipping
Production typically takes 3–7 business days. Shipping time is additional and depends on your location and the carrier selected at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Returns and replacements
Because every product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This is consistent with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28), which excludes goods made to a customer’s specification from the standard 14-day cancellation right.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@justphrases.shop with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered production. Production typically begins within a few hours of ordering. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately — we will try to help but cannot guarantee cancellation once production has started.
Intellectual property
All designs are original works belonging to JustPhrases. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.
