Promoted to Grandad. No pay rise

Description

Promoted to Grandad. No pay rise. is for the newest member of the grandad club, who took the job gladly and has already started on the biscuit budget. The hours are long and the pay is hugs.

The design is a cartoon lanyard badge. A blank name card hangs from a strap with a Santa hat perched on one corner, a sprig of holly at the bottom and a rosette with ribbon tails on the other side. The phrase is set underneath in bold capitals.

Wear it as a proud new grandad, or give it as the Christmas gift that makes the promotion official.
