Out of office since the 12th. It is for everyone whose brain left the building well before the calendar said so. The inbox can wait, the to-do list can wait, and anything urgent can be somebody else’s problem until the new year.

The design looks like an email auto-reply. An “auto-reply” tag sits at the top, the phrase runs beneath in a typewriter-style face, a dotted line follows and a small line reads “response expected: January”. Three asterisks sit at the bottom.

Wear it for the last fortnight in the office, or give it to the colleague who has already mentally clocked off.
